State Duma wants to tighten requirements for bank owners

The initiative group of deputies of the State Duma’s Committee for State Construction and Legislation has began discussing the issue of increasing the responsibility of bank owners - up to the introduction of subsidiary responsibility, when the owner guarantees the sustainability of business with his own property, the head of the committee, Pavel Krasheninnikov said.
