Seven Russian ministries have supported the second phase of the state program of development of the North Caucasus, which is calculated up to 2020. Those are the Ministry of the Caucasus, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Industry and the Trade and Energy Ministry.
"In general, the participants of the meeting agreed on an action plan for the development of the state program, discussed the plan for its implementation, as well as put forward their proposals to improve the effectiveness of the road map," a source in the Ministry of the Caucasus explained, gazeta.ru reports.
