A new law on urban development has entered into force in Turkmenistan, it covers the main areas of this work, a document released today stated.
The law is aimed at the sustainable development of human settlements of the country and the formation of high-grade environments for the population. It also establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis of the relations arising in the implementation of urban development activities, Trend reports.
