Today at about 2:10 pm MSK the roof of the House of Culture, located in the village of Kruglolesskaya in the Alexandrovsky district of Stavropol Territory was blown off by wind, the press service of the Regional Administration informed.
The representative of the department Oleg Degtyarev, a part of the roof was blown off by the wind.
