The Regional Tariff Commission (RTC) of Stavropol Territory has determined a mark-up to tariffs for gas transportation through the gas distribution networks of JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution Stavropol, the press service of the company reports.
It will be charged with financing the gas extension program of Stavropol Territory for 2016, Interfax reports.
