Stavropol to build 5.6-billion-ruble resort with aquathermal complex

A new family recreation park featuring an aquathermal complex will be built in Stavropol, according to an announcement from the city administration.

Construction is scheduled to start next year, with total project investment reaching 5.6 billion rubles.

"Next year, we plan to begin implementing the investment project 'Thermoland Park Stavropol Family City Resort'",

Ivan Ulyanchenko, Mayor of Stavropol said.

The resort will be developed in phases and will include not only a large aquatic center but also sports facilities, restaurants, cafes, and a hotel.

"In addition to the aquathermal complex with a fitness center and pool, the facility will include an entertainment center, a hotel, sports and dining facilities, and related infrastructure",

Ivan Ulyanchenko said.

Located near Stavropol's Northern Bypass road, the resort is expected to be fully operational by 2035.
