According to German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier's statement at the meeting with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be resolved only with the help of a political settlement by the OSCE Minsk Group.
"The Karabakh conflict has no military solution. The parties should demonstrate the political will to resume negotiations within the OSCE Minsk Group format,'' Steinmeier said.
