German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has stated that he and his colleagues from Russia, France and Ukraine will discuss elections in Donbass at the upcoming meeting of the Normandy Quartet in Paris on March 3rd.
"We are trying to make some progress, especially in the field of security and in our discussions on the new law on elections in the eastern part of Ukraine, in the region of Donbass, which is the main condition for elections scheduled for the first half of the year,'' Tass cites him as saying.
