Georgia can always hope for political support from Germany on NATO and European Union integration issues and the restoration of territorial integrity, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier said.
"Germany is one of those who actively support the integration of Georgia into NATO and the EU," Steinmeier said at a press conference with Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili.
"Germany and Georgia are cooperating intensively on this matter," Interfax cited the German president as saying.
