German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier described the agreement of Russia and the US on Syria as "a decisive step forward."
"It is a very precisely developed document and if everyone will carry it out it will create preconditions so that we could achieve the cessation of hostilities. I say could achieve, because much still depends on whether regional partners, Syria's neighbors, will support this document," gazeta.ru quotes Steinmeier as saying.
