German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier plans to hold a telephone conversation on Wednesday with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"I have agreed to hold a telephone conversation with my Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov tomorrow," he said.
In addition, Steinmeier pointed out that since September 1st the ceasefire in Ukraine has been observed.
