Speaking on the sidelines of the 70th UN General Assembly in New York, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has said that political reforms are needed in Syria, rather than the military involvement of Russia.
According to him, military involvement would be an important contribution to overcome the prevailing calm, as it leads to new victims.
