The fighting in the Karabakh conflict zone should be stopped as soon as possible, the German Foreign Minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, who is currently also the chairman of the OSCE, said today in Berlin.
"I call on all the parties to stop the fighting immediately and to respect fully the cease-fire", TASS quotes him as saying.
‘’There should not be a military solution to this conflict. The parties should show political will to return to the negotiations in the framework of the Minsk Group. The co-chairs of the Minsk group use my full support in their work,’’ the head of German diplomacy said.
