The international community assessed the parliamentary elections held in Georgia on October 8 as fair and democratic, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said.
"It means that Georgia strengthens its democratic institutions. As for the security of Georgia and the Black Sea region, we examined this issue yesterday and decided to increase the military presence of NATO in the Black Sea region. We cooperate with Georgia and it is important for its security," he noted.
