Stoltenberg: "We should find balance in relations with Russia"

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg that the alliance doesn't want any confrontation with Russia or a new cold war. 

"We should find a balance. We don't want new cold war or confrontation with Russia, we consider it our neighbor," he stressed.
