An emergency warning declared in the Krasnodar region: the torrential rains, storms and squally wind are moving on the Kuban, the press service of EMERCOM of Russia in the region reported.
"According to the North Caucasus Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, in the next 1-3 hours or until the end of the day of July 23rd and 24th in the Krasnodar region, excluding the Black Sea coast, the heavy rains and thunderstorms are expected, TASS leads the message o the press service.
