Strategic partnership with Azerbaijan of particular importance for Belarus - Lukashenko

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his birthday, the Azerbaijani president's website reported.

He noted that Belarus attaches particular importance to the strategic partnership with Azerbaijan, as well as to the steady development of interstate cooperation in various fields.

"I value the trusting contacts and mutual support on multilateral platforms, as well as your attention to deepening the Belarusian-Azerbaijani dialogue at all levels," Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
