A strong wind will blast Moscow next week, the cold snap is expected, the Phobos weather center informs.
According to weather forecasts, on January 20, the temperature in the capital will warm up to +4 ℃, and at night, it will drop below -5 ℃. The wind gusts will reach 5-10 meters per second.
On Tuesday, January 21, it will become warmer. Even at night, the temperature will be no lower than +2 ℃. The wind gusts will increase to 12 meters per second, RIA Novosti reports.
