Sturgeon bred in Kabardino-Balkaria

The first farm for breeding sturgeon has been opened in Kabardino-Balkaria. It is located directly in Murat Karamurzova’s garden, a resident of Nalchik. 

Before conducting the experiment he had studied the technology of fish breeding for a long period of time and only then decided use the latest one.

It is reported that sturgeon is in demand, especially in Caucasus restaurants and cafes, which is why Murat Karamurzov provided himself with a stable income.
