By 2022, the first multifunctional center (MFC) for cultural development will be built in Grozny in the framework of the national project ‘Culture’, Deputy Minister of Culture of the region Mamed Madaev said.
"In 2019-2020, design and budget documentation will be developed and approved. Then, within two years, it is planned to build the MFC for cultural development, which will include various cultural institutions and organizations,” TASS quotes the Deputy Minister as saying.
