Today law enforcement officials detained a local resident in Ingushetia suspected of kidnapping two people, the Republic's Investigative committee reports.
"According to investigators, three local residents entered a dwelling in Nazran and kidnapped the couple who lived there," RIA Novosti cites the statement.
