According to the press service of the Interior Ministry of Kabardino-Balkaria, law enforcement officers have arrested a 39-year-old resident of the city of Chegem, who is suspected of stealing cattle two years ago.
"According to investigators, the detainee was involved in stealing two cows in 2013, which belonged to a resident of the town of Chegem,’’ UGA reports the Post Office’ message.
