Swine flu epidemic doesn't threaten Azerbaijan

There is no threat of the swine flu epidemic in Azerbaijan today, the chief epidemiologist of the Ministry of Health Ibadullah Agayev said.

According to him, not a single case of the disease was registered. This is due to the fact that the sanitary and quarantine inspections of Ministry of Health and the State Customs Committee carried out joint control at the border crossings in order to prevent penetration of swine flu into the Republic, Trend reports.
