Sky News Arabia: The US is insisting on a swift agreement between Syria and Israel. This could happen in the coming days.
According to Sky News Arabia, Damascus and Tel Aviv are preparing to sign a security agreement. The documents could be signed on September 24 or 25.
Washington is pressuring Syria and Israel, seeking a swift diplomatic resolution to the situation.
According to the Israeli plan, demilitarized zones will be created southwest of Damascus where Syria will be able to deploy police forces, but a ban on Syrian aircraft will be imposed. Israel also plans to retain control of two radar stations in the south of the Arab Republic.
