This year Syrian Muslims have decided not to celebrate Eid al-Adha and have dedicated this day to prayers for those who have been killed during the war in the country over the past four and a half years, the House of Muftis of Syria in Damascus informs.
"All Muslims in Syria have decided not to celebrate Eid al-Adha as a tribute to all the victims and in solidarity with those who are now in the settlements occupied by terrorists,’’ RIA Novosti cites a representative of the House of Muftis of Syria.
