Today the Syrian army attacked positions of the terrorist groups Dzhebhat Al-Nusra and Islamic State (IS) in the vicinity of Damascus, in the province of Homs near the Turkish border.
Syrian Air Force planes together with soldiers of the Lebanese movement Hezbollah advanced to the western part of Zabadani, located 25 km from Damascus. As a result of the attack eight militants were killed, nine were captured. Under Damascus, aviation has eliminated 32 militants of Dzhebhat Al-Nusra. The terrorists were citizens of Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and Libya, RIA Novosti reported.
