Syrian opposition has refused to cooperate with Iran due to the fact that "Tehran develops the project of hegemony in the Arab world," deputy head of the negotiating delegation of the High Negotiations Committee (HNC) Yahya Kodmani said.
"We can't cooperate with Iran like we cooperate with Russia," he noted.
