Kurdistan Freedom Falcons (TAK) has claimed responsibility for the bomb attack in Kayseri, Bianet reports.
This extremist organization is linked to banned in Turkey Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
The attack was carried out on on December 17, killing 14 soldiers on compulsory military service.
