The new television center was opened in Kabardino-Balkaria. The broadcasting will be round-the-clock and in three languages: Russian, Kabardian and Balkarian. The Plenipotentiary of the Russian president in the NCFD Alexander Matovnikov participated in the opening ceremony.
The local media reports that the new television center gives the local TV an opportunity to broadcast live.
