Islamic State militants planned to commit 12 terrorist attacks in Tajikistan, the Tajik Interior Ministry said.
The police officers detained Babajan Rajabali, born in 1990, and Sadrettin Radjabov. The suspects confessed that they joined through a social networking site.
They planned to blow up 3 police departments in Dushanbe and other cities of the republic.
