Tajikistan should develop production of its own products for the support of business against the backgroud of negative impact of external factors, Prime Minister of the Republic Kohir Rasulzoda stated.
The day before, he presided over a regular meeting held with the participation of ministers of the economic bloc, dedicated to the development of production of import-substituting products and export of domestic products.
"The Prime Minister instructed urgent measures to be taken to protect the national economy, given the tense political situation in various regions of the world, the impact of the global financial and economic crisis, the instability in global financial and commodity markets, as well as other factors that have a negative impact on the country's economy," Interfax quoted the press service of the Tajik government as saying.
