Representatives of the Taliban terrorist movement, banned in Russia, once again decided to postpone the announcement of the composition of the new Afghan government, The Times of India reports.
"The announcement of the new government and cabinet of ministers will be made next week," Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid says, Interfax reports.
