Yesterday an accident occurred on the Simferopol-Yalta highway, caused by a tank. This military unit was being transported on a platform which became unattached from the vehicle pulling it.
At a turn near the village of Zarechnoye in Crimea, the tank slipped off and fell into a ditch, destroying the three longest transmission towers in Europe on the Simferopol-Yalta trolleybus route.
