Joan Finogenova, head of the Department of Social Services, has said that social taxis for disabled people are to start operating in Sevastopol soon.
The social service center for humanitarian aid has allocated two vehicles. ‘‘They are equipped with lifts and devices for transporting people with disabilities," UGA cites Finogenova’s site.
