Tbilisi extends public transport hours for New Year’s Eve

On New Year’s Eve, public transport in Tbilisi will operate on an extended schedule. During this time, both the Tbilisi Metro and buses will provide free service to passengers.

According to Tbilisi City Hall, the metro will run until 3:00 am on January 1, while buses will also operate until 3:00 am instead of stopping at 11:00 pm on December 31.

The Rike-Narikala cable car will serve passengers from 10:00 pm on December 31 until 3:00 am on January 1.

For Christmas Eve, the Tbilisi Metro will operate from midnight on January 7 until 3:00 am, with free passenger service during this period as well.
