Georgia is ready to mediate between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Georgian Dream ruling party Irakli Kobakhidze told reporters.
"We are extremely interested in this, and if Georgia can play any mediating role, we'll do our best to contribute," Kobakhidze said.
On September 12, 2022, starting at late night, the units of the armed forces of Armenia held large-scale provocations in the directions of Dashkasan, Kalbajar and Lachin of Azerbaijan-Armenia state border. Necessary measures were taken to suppress the firing points of the Armenian Armed Forces and to prevent the expansion of the scale of hostilities.
