Those residents of Tbilisi who have a pet animal will be obliged to register them.
‘‘Owners of cats and dogs on the territory of Tbilisi should register their pets,’’ said chairman of the Commission of Environment of the Tbilisi Sakrebulo Shoren Buhrashvili.
Starting from October 8th, pets will be registered at home free of charge. Citizens should call 112, and an employee of the relevant service will come and register the domestic animal.
