A draft is to be prepared by next spring, according to which new technologies and techniques will be involved in the management of Tbilisi, the mayor of the capital of Georgia David Narmania said at the opening ceremony of Tbilisi Smart City-2015.
"The city and its management will use modern technology and approaches. We have won a competition in Germany, and Tbilisi is preparing a strategy for the smart city of the future. Now we are working on several projects,’’ Sputnik Georgia cites Narmania.
