Tbilisi to receive Israeli investments

During his visit to Israel, mayor of Tbilisi Davit Narmania has agreed on investments in the hotel business of Georgia, his press-service reported.

In his speech at the business forum 'Georgia-Israel' Narmania drew the attention of the participants to the environment favorable for entrepreneurs and the simplified tax and customs procedures in Georgia, and also talked about ongoing and planned projects in Tbilisi.

Following the forum, Narmania said that Israel plans to invest up to 100 million laris (about 43 million dollars).

In turn, the head of the Georgian-Israeli Business Chamber, Itzik Moshe, stated that it is planned to implement five investment projects in Georgia this year.
