Moscow set a new temperature record at +17º C, a leading specialist at the Phobos Weather Center, Yevgeny Tishkovets said.
"Today, by 15:00, at the VDNKh base weather station, the air warmed up to +17.2 º C, which is the absolute record of this day for the entire 140-year history of meteorological observations," RIA Novosti quotes the meteorologist as saying.
