Temrezov appointed as acting head of Karachay-Cherkessia

Rashid Temrezov has been appointed as the acting head of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The corresponding decree was signed today by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

By decree of the president, which will come into force from the date of its signing, Rashid Temrezov has been appointed as the acting head of Karachay-Cherkessia before the person chosen by the head of republic in connection with the expiration of his term will take this post.
