The head of Karachay-Cherkessia, Rashid Temrezov, has stressed the need for the Republic to participate in the implementation of the program 'Promoting the creation of new places in educational institutions in the RF regions'.
"We will actively participate in the program, because the reconstruction of existing facilities, as well as construction of new schools, will provide a comfortable and safe environment for our children in order to give them an opportunity to receive a high quality education,’' Interfax cites him as saying.
