The Kazakh tenge dropped to 372.58 per dollar on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) this morning from 362.67 tenge per dollar as of January 15, 2016, the press service of KASE said.
In early 2016 the rate was 340.01 tenge per dollar. In July 2015 the tenge rate was 186 tenge per dollar.
From August 2015 it was decided to launch a new economic policy based on inflation targeting and to cancel the currency corridor, Trend reports.
