A Syrian refugee Salih Najar carried out the suicide bombing in Ankara, which killed at least 28 people. The suspect was identified by his fingerprints, the newspaper Yeni Safak reports.
The car which was used by the bomber was rented in the city of Izmir two weeks ago, the newspaper writes.
