Multiple casualties are feared after a car bomb exploded in the northeastern Syrian city of Qamishli on the Turkish border, Sputnik reports.
"According to preliminary information, the car explosion at the Al-Hilaliya intersection in Qamishli led to deaths and injuries," the source said.
