On October 26, at about 07:00 (GMT+4), a resident of the Talysh village, Terter district, Elchin Valiyev has stepped on an anti-personnel mine, the Interior Ministry of Azerbaijan reported.
Valiyev was immediately taken to the hospital. As a result of his injuries, one of his arms was amputated.
The accident is under investigation, Trend reported.
