Third party arranged chemical attack in Idlib to attack Syria, Ali Shamkhani says

The chemical attack in Idlib was carried out by a third party as an excuse for a subsequent military attack on Syria, the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, Ali Shamkhani, said during a telephone conversation with the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Patrushev.

According to Shamkhani, it is necessary to form an independent international commission to establish the circumstances of the chemical attack.
