The movement of all types of transport is temporarily forbidden in the 28-kilometer section of the Georgian Military Road due to snowstorms and the threat of avalanches, the Department of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Roads in Georgia reports.
"Several avalanches have already occurred. All details will be received on the basis of visual inspection only after the removal of the avalanche danger," Interfax cites a representative of the agency.
