EMERCOM of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory spread today emergency warning in connection with the onset of intense heat in the region: the residents have been reported a high threat of fires.
‘’Since August 21st in the Krasnodar region, excluding the Black Sea coast, the heatwave of 39 degrees Celsius is expected," the department reported.
