A car accident involving a truck and a passenger car occurred in Shalinsky district of Chechnya. According to preliminary data, the accident claimed the lives of three people, the North Caucasian Regional Center of the EMERCOM of Russia reports.
"The accident occurred on the road between the countryside settlements of Mesker-Yurt and Belgatoy, involving Kamaz and VAZ-2109 vehicles," Interfax-South cited the report.
In addition to those who died, three people were injured. The injured were taken to the hospital in the city of Argun, the press release notes.
